Secure Mailing is Essential
For us at BVCM, secure and reliable communications are essential. Every day we send sensitive information to clients, debtors and courts. We wanted to make sure that our emails are not only sent securely, but also guaranteed to arrive. In the debt collection industry, trust is crucial: customers count on us to keep agreements made and that communication with debtors actually takes place. This requires a solution that not only guarantees security, but also provides insight into any delivery problems.
The impact of changing laws
In addition, the changing legislation surrounding digital communication with courts played a major role. Our Procedures & Executions Department had to comply with new requirements, where secure and legally valid emailing became an absolute necessity. We were looking for a solution that supported both our operational processes and legal requirements, without any additional burden on our staff.
The search for the right solution

Qualified registered e-mail
In addition to secure mailing with SecuMailer, we are also using a new product they offer: eIDAS registered mail. The long process of sending registered letters has now been digitally replaced, saving us an enormous amount of time and cost. As a result, we no longer have to worry about the reliability and legality of our communications.
