How does qualified registered email work?

You send a qualified registered email from any device, no extra software needed. Just write your message in your usual email client (like Outlook or Gmail for business) and send it with one click. Your email is then converted into a legally binding registered message, valid across the EU.

Receiving a registered email

The recipient receives a notification and authenticates their identity. After that, the registered email is delivered directly to their inbox. This ensures the message reaches the right person, securely and verifiably.

We are proud to be recognized as the only fully European Cyber Security solution for Secure Mailing. The ECSO label serves as a distinguishing factor based on geographical location, providing recognition and visibility to European cybersecurity companies that develop their businesses based on European values. On May 9, 2023, the label was awarded to SecuMailer by Security Delta (HSD).
SecuMailer is certified under ISO 27001, the standard for information security. Upon request, we can provide a copy of the certificate and the corresponding statement of applicability.

Since November 2023, SecuMailer has been fully certified for eIDAS REMS, and since July 1, 2024, SecuMailer is listed on the EU trusted list as a trusted provider of QREMS Qualified Registered E-mail Service.
SecuMailer has undergone an ISAE 3000 SOC 2 Type 2 audit. No findings or deficiencies were identified in this audit. Upon request, we can provide a copy of the certificate. The audit report can be reviewed in a joint session.
